Cancellation Policy

EXPECTATIONS First 5-10 minutes we will warm up Last 5-10 minutes we will review images to confirm if you have images that you like, if not we will aim the rest of the shoot to capturing “That Shot” At the end of the shoot I will collect the rest of payment via zelle or cash only. I will go through the photos and load them into a digital album (this can take 3-5 business days) Once the album is uploaded I will then send you the link where you can heart the images that you want me to edit for you. (You will have 2 weeks from date of receiving link to make your selections before I select the images for you and provide the amount of images I will then edit images, please allow another 3-5 business days for final edited images that will include, cleaning skin, whitening teeth, brightening eyes, removing hair flyaways. Policies Schedule: You have 48 hours to make any changes to the shoot (Time, Location, and/or Date,Details of shoot) - A reschedule fee will be applied after the first reschedule. - No same day changes (Time, Location, and/or Date,Details of shoot - Please arrive on time. Time starts at the time you booked the services; a 5 minute grace period will be acknowledged. - If more than 15 minutes late I will leave the shoot and you will have to reschedule with a reschedule fee and studio Booking Fee. - If the photographer/videographer has to cancel you will be notified via phone call and text explaining the reasoning of the cancellation with the option to either reschedule or offer refund of retainer. Payment and Refunds You have 24 hrs from the consultation time to receive a full refund of your retainer. Anything after the retainer is non refundable. Remaining balance is due at the end of the shoot.(Zelle, Apple Cash, and/or Cash) If images become damaged/corrupt under me I will refund you minus studio cost. Client agrees to pay a retainer fee of [$75.00]. This fee secures the date and is not refundable after 24hrs of the consultation. The final photographs are the subjective artistic interpretation of the Photographer, and Client acknowledges they have reviewed the portfolio. Client waives any right to refunds based on personal satisfaction with artistic style. Should Client cancel, all payments are forfeited, though Photographer may, at their sole discretion, offer a reschedule credit or partial refund for extenuating circumstances, determined on a case-by-case basis
